My Experience in Early Childhood Education
My name is Kristine Beard, and I have been working in early childhood industry since 2005. Some of my titles include: teacher of infants/toddlers/preschoolers, center director, childcare center owner, toy rental business owner, toy reseller.
With my Master’s in Early Childhood Administration, I have lots of experience with writing and have many resources at my disposal. I have loads of experience teaching, managing staff, and selling services and toys.

There have been some recognition certificates for my work in childcare. My toy rental business, and my childcare center had media coverage. One on tv and the other in a magazine.

Treasure Box Toy Rental, my online toy business, was featured on channel ABC7’s 190 North show with Janet Davies. My online toy rental service was a national site, and had early childhood toys for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. We shipped toy rentals across the United States from West to East Coast.
I spoke to McHenry County Community College Early Childhood Education students about A Day in the Life of a Home Daycare Provider, and about how the toy rental business worked.
At the Illinois Developmental Therapist Association meeting in the Erikson Institute, I presented my toy rental business.
My childcare center was featured in the McHenry County Magazine as a quality, reliable daycare in Northern Illinois. It was a small community based center licensed for 88 children with 5 classrooms. We worked hard to provide high quality childcare with research based curriculum.
As I begin my blogging career in 2023, I look forward to meeting new individuals, making new connections, being able to reach additional families, and develop my writing and filming skills. I look forward or working with you.
